THE APPROACH
Womb Continuum Care is a gentle, restorative practice created by women, for women. It honours the understanding that pelvic health is deeply connected to the physical, emotional, energetic, and cyclical aspects of a woman’s life.
This work supports the body’s interconnected systems — including blood, lymphatic flow, nerves, fascia, and energetic pathways — inviting balance, circulation, and regulation to return naturally. Rather than forcing change, each session is paced according to what the body is ready to receive.
Healing is approached with presence, care, and respect for the nervous system, allowing space for deep listening and integration.

Margot Hicks is a Registered Nurse with years of experience supporting women’s health through both clinical practice and embodied care.
Her work is informed by formal medical training alongside a deep respect for the body’s wisdom and the many layers that shape a woman’s health — physical, emotional, energetic, and cyclical. This integrated perspective allows Margot to hold space with both knowledge and intuition, bridging structure and softness in her approach.
AWIA reflects Margot’s personal and professional journey, and her belief that healing occurs when the body feels safe, listened to, and honoured. Each session is held with intention, presence, and care, meeting women where they are across all stages of life.
